• Biscuity – A pleasant aroma characteristic of a well-manufactured Assam tea.
• Bright – A lustrous, bright appearance that will usually translate into an equally bright liquor.
• Dull – Lacking in brightness and characteristic of a low quality tea.
• Uneven – Leaf of varying colors.
