A rare and largely unknown style of Oolong from the orchard fields of Southern China’s Guangdong province, the Dan Chong leaves are carefully hand-selected from individual, wild, ancient tea trees, then hand-crafted and high-fired before being released to grace the pots of discriminating Oolong enthusiasts. Best enjoyed Gong Fu style. May be steeped multiple times.
