Also known as Pouchong, this least oxidized of the Oolong teas is very near to the Green tea category. It is produced in Ping Ling county in Northern Taiwan (Wenshan district) where Oolong production is an art form. Its slightly vegetal taste is fresh and light, making it a perfect afternoon tea to be taken alone during a moment of respite.
