This seven-layer Puerh tea cake was produced in China's Yunnan province in 2013, then aged for 2 years before being released for consumption. The brew made from the compressed leaves of this cake exhibits a wonderful earthiness with the underlying musty notes of these traditionally aged teas. Legend has it that if you whisper your wish into the steam from the first pot of tea made from Seven Sons Bing Cha, your wish will come true by the time you have finished brewing the entire 12-ounce cake... This is a very limited offering.
